Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to oversee the accounting functions of our fast-growing e-commerce business. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping that reflect the daily operations of an online retail environment. The position also supports month-end and year-end close processes to help maintain the financial health of the organization.

Location: Buena Park, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation and management tasks related to inventory
• Pick, inspect, label, and package products
• Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate logistics records
• Manage inventory and purchasing of warehouse and office supplies (e.g., boxes, stretch wrap, sealing tape, office materials)
• Schedule truck deliveries and monitor associated logistics expenses
• Process shipments via UPS, USPS, and other carriers

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in logistics or warehouse management preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Background check required as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in both Korean and U.S. business environments
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred, to support communication with Korean-speaking customers, vendors, and internal teams

Schedule

• Business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch), Monday to Friday
